I see nothing paranormal about either, but I know someone who thinks these suggest the presence of ghosts. Please explain this to me.

The theory is that if you have high emf readings then it is possible that you have paranormal activity. It is suggested that ghosts are made up of energy and this energy spikes the electro magnetic field, so whenever high reading occur there is supposedly a ghost present. Another theory is that ghost produce cold spots. A theory that I happen to agree with because I had followed cold spots that have a pattern that suggest intelligence. I have felt cold spots move and have followed them.
