I’m curious to know what positions a person can have when he/she works for a paranormal investigation team. This information will be useful for a story I’m writing. Be sure to provide enough detail. REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thanks for your help.

Well first paranormal investigation is not a job. If any money is made it goes to the person who owns the investigating team and usually the only way to ern money is by selling black investigator t shirts emf meters and other equipment to yout team members some groups even have coffee mugs with their name on it.
It is not a job that you can support you family it is a hobby. Investigating teams should never charge for investigations.

How about just “team member”?
I laugh when I see the Ghost Hunter’s team titles. It’s so obvious they sat around and just made them up. I especially like the “demonologist” title. This implies he is one who studies demons. Mmmhmm.
-Conspiracy Theorists
-Alien Abductee (preferably senile)
-Man who claims to be half-alien
-Human mother of man
-Para. Photographer
-Psychic
-Man who turns invisible when no one looks
-Exorcist
-Cosmologist
-Eccentric Billionaire (for funding)
Investigator, equipment manager, psychic, demonologist, cameraman, etc…
Sure as soon as you tell me which paranormal investigation team. There are many different approaches to investigating and thus many different job titles. For example some teams will have a
1. Demonologist
2. Psychic
3. Clergy (Priest, Priestess, etc.)
while other teams would not have these people.
I would think at minimum you have
1. Historical Researcher
2. Interviewer
3. Coordinator (where to set up, when people rotate, etc.)
4. Equipment Manager (with some technical skills)
and if you can
5. Medical Advisor
6. Therapist
